Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Middle Tennessee Mediation Services, LLC ("we", "us"), a Tennessee limited liability company, which operates the Go Food Fight app and website. They govern your use of the service. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

Who can use Go Food Fight

You must be at least 13 years old to use Go Food Fight. If you are under the age required to consent to these terms in your country, you may only use Go Food Fight with a parent's or guardian's permission.

Your account and display name

• You are responsible for the account you create and for keeping your sign-in method secure.
• Your display name is visible to everyone in your party. Do not use a display name that impersonates another person, contains offensive or hateful language, or includes someone else's personal information.
• We may remove display names or suspend accounts that violate these rules.
• Gameplay stats and badges on your account are for your collection in the app. They are not shown to other party members, and they are deleted when you delete your account.

Acceptable use

• Do not use Go Food Fight to harass, abuse, or harm others.
• Do not attempt to disrupt the service, probe or overload it, guess other parties' invite codes, or access sessions you were not invited to.
• Do not scrape, resell, or redistribute restaurant data or photos shown in the app. That content is provided by Google Maps Platform and its use is subject to Google's terms.

The launch email list

If you give us your email address on this website to be told when the app launches, you are agreeing to receive two messages and no more: a confirmation that you are on the list, and one announcement when the app is released. We do not sell, rent, or share the list, and we do not send anything else to it.

Every message carries an unsubscribe link that works immediately and needs no account. You can also email support@gofoodfight.com to be removed. Joining the list is not an account and gives you no rights to the service; see the Privacy Policy for what we store and for how long.

Restaurant information

Restaurant details (photos, ratings, hours, and locations) come from third-party providers and may be incomplete, out of date, or inaccurate. Go Food Fight does not endorse any restaurant and is not responsible for your experience at one. Always confirm hours and details before you go.

Sponsored content

Go Food Fight does not currently carry advertising or paid placements. In a future version we may include sponsored restaurant cards in the swipe deck, and we may let restaurants claim a business profile and supply their own photos. If we do:

• A sponsored card will be clearly labeled as sponsored.
• A sponsored card behaves like every other card. You can like it or pass on it, and it only wins if everyone in the party likes it. Paying for placement does not buy a match.
• A sponsored placement is paid for by the restaurant. It is not an endorsement or a recommendation by us, and the "Restaurant information" section above still applies to it.
• Photos and details a restaurant supplies for its own business profile are that restaurant's content, and it is responsible for having the right to use them.

We will update these terms and our app store disclosures before sponsored content appears in the app.

No warranty

Go Food Fight is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will find a restaurant everyone likes.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Go Food Fight and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You can stop using Go Food Fight and delete your account at any time (see the account deletion page). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated terms on this page with a new effective date.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
