Delete Your Account
You can delete your Go Food Fight account and its data at any time, either from inside the app or right here on the web. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Option 1: Delete in the app
- Open Go Food Fight and sign in.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap "Delete account" and confirm.
Option 2: Delete on the web
If you no longer have the app installed, you can delete your account here. You will be asked to sign in the same way you signed in to the app (email, Apple, or Google) so we can verify it is really you, then to confirm the deletion.
Last step: confirm deletion
You are signed in.
Deleting removes your Go Food Fight account, your display name, and your email address. This is permanent. It cannot be undone, and we cannot restore the account afterwards. If you want to use Go Food Fight again later you will have to sign up from scratch.
One account per sign-in method
Each way of signing in (email, Sign in with Apple, Google) creates its own separate Go Food Fight account. Deleting one does not delete the others. If you signed in more than one way, repeat the deletion for each method you used.
What gets deleted, and when
- Your account is disabled immediately: sign-in stops working and any open connections are closed.
- Your email, display name, and account records are deleted promptly as part of the deletion process.
- If you are in a live session when you delete, your swipes in that session remain (anonymously, as part of the party's round) until the session expires 24 hours after it was created; expired session data is then removed by automated cleanup, which can lag by a few days.
- If you signed in with Apple, we also revoke the Sign in with Apple authorization for the app.
